Marieninsel, Frankfurt am Main
The 40 floor Marienturm office tower, the Marienforum office and retail building and the Marienplatz square together make up the urban development project at the Marieninsel site in the heart of Frankfurt's banking district. The new buildings will house offices, cafés and restaurants, stores, a childcare center and fitness spaces. The completion of the Forum and the Marienturm are scheduled for 2018. LEED Platinum precertification awarded.
Hackesches Quartier, Berlin
The building complex Hackesches Quartier was erected in the center of Berlin, between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt. By dividing this extensive project into individual buildings and involving several architecture firms, the site has gained architectural diversity and vitality. Müller Reimann Architects were responsible for the master planning, as well as for the planning of four office and commercial buildings, housing the headquarter of GASAG, Scholz & Friends and the Adina-Hotel.
Leipziger Platz, Berlin
Leipziger Platz in Berlin has developed into a vibrant urban square. The office and residential complex at Leipziger Platz 1-6 consists of three individual buildings and is designed to integrate with the surrounding structures. The buildings are architecturally differentiated. Each has a unique architectural identity, thus making them easily distinguishable for the occupants.
