Hotel Königshof, Munich, Germany
The legendary hotel “Königshof” in central Munich will be torn down by the beginning of 2019. The draft for the new hotel design originates with the famous Spanish architects Fuensanta Nieto and Enrique Sobejano. The new “Königshof” comes with 105 rooms and suites, an exclusive restaurant, a two-story wine cellar, a roof terrace and other extras. The Munich family firm “Geisel Privathotels” owns the hotel “Königshof”. The company LeitWerk AG is responsible for the entire construction management.
Weitblick 1.7, Innovation Campus Augsburg, Germany
Under the principle of “innovation means progress”, a new building project named Weitblick 1.7 is going to be designed as part of the unique city project “Augsburger Innovationspark”. The building will provide more than 16,000 sqm renting space in total. Areas for catering, day nursery, conference and meeting rooms are planned. Along with an extraordinary architecture and the possibility of open space offices, e-mobility and other extras, the best requirements for a modern work environment 4.0 are built.
THE SEVEN, Munich, Germany
The housing construction project “The Seven” is located in Munich – Ludwigvorstadt-Isarvorstadt. A former combined heat and power station was reconstructed to new upmarket apartments. The construction phase took four years – from 2011 to 2015. In total, an office and commercial complex, a five-floor atrium with 80 apartments and 25 large upmarket apartments were built. Furthermore, the construction of a private spa area, an underground garage and a day nursery were part of the project.
